GuguEye is a children's home vision screening app for Apple TV. This policy explains how information created while using the app is handled.
GuguEye does not collect personal data. There is no server-side account system, no registration or sign-in, no advertising, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK.
The app stores the following data locally on the device, solely for your own use:
By default this data stays in the device's local SwiftData database and is not sent to the developer.
If iCloud sync is enabled in Settings, the above records and preferences are synced through Apple CloudKit to your own private iCloud database, visible only to your Apple ID, so you can view them across your devices. The developer cannot read the contents of that private database, and no data passes through any third-party server. Turning sync off stops uploads and keeps local records; data already in the cloud remains under your own iCloud account.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. For questions about this policy or your data, contact Xenori Tech through the GuguEye Support page.
